We have 80+ wells opening and need operators who are ready to run, communicate, and stay busy.
💰 Pay & Incentives
• $17.00 – $25.50 per ton (based on miles)
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus 💥
• High-volume work = strong weekly earnings
• Weekly settlements
🚛 The Work
• Frac sand hauling
• 3–4 loads per shift
• 40–53 mile runs (short, repeat routes)
• Short wait times at loading & delivery
• Automated loading systems (fast turnaround)
• 24/7 operations (day & night shifts)
• Dedicated production lanes — no sitting
🔧 Requirements
• CDL Class A
• Own DOT-compliant semi truck
• Some experience hauling sand required
(bottom dump, hopper, or oil field experience preferred)
• Must communicate clearly with dispatch
• Team player with strong work ethic
• Motivated and ready to hustle and stay moving
• Ready to start ASAP
