Construction Forman
We are looking for a Knowledgeable Working Pool Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at multiple construction sites. As the point of reference for both worker and supervisor, you will be a key person for the completion of each project. A construction foreman that has a solid background in the pool construction industry. Your leadership skills and your extensive experience have earned you the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions. We will train the right person but prefer 2 years of pool construction experience.
•A plus if Forman is bilingual
•A plus if a Forman has a working relationship with a couple of laborers willing to relocate as well.

Swimming Pool Construction Laborer
Gulley Pools, family-owned business takes pride and diligence In the pool builds and services that we provide. We have an opportunity for immediate employment for a construction laborer. Experience in swimming pool construction is a plus. We have a strong emphasis on core values and providing for our team and their families.
Our ideal candidate will support all aspects of pool construction and must exhibit the following:
* Willing to work outside in various temperatures
* A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Be willing to work overtime if necessary to complete a deadline
* Exhibits professionalism on job site and with clients
* Able to follow directions and work independently
* General problem-solving skills
General construction skills preferred:
* Knowledge and use of hand tools
* Basic digging skills
* Jobsite clean up
* Ability to tow and back up a truck and trailer
Outdoor construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
