We are seeking an experienced Marine Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled, detail-oriented professional with extensive knowledge of marine systems and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing a wide variety of marine equipment on recreational and commercial vessels.
Key Responsibilities -
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair outboard/inboard engines.
Perform scheduled maintenance including oil changes, tune-ups, winterization, and seasonal commissioning.
Install, repair, and maintain marine electrical systems (12V/24V), batteries, charging systems, and wiring.
Service fuel, cooling, steering, hydraulic, and propulsion systems.
Install and troubleshoot marine electronics, including GPS, sonar, radar, VHF radios, and navigation systems.
Perform fiberglass, plumbing, and mechanical repairs as needed.
Conduct inspections and provide accurate repair estimates and recommendations.
Complete work orders, service documentation, and warranty paperwork accurately and on time.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs, maintenance recommendations, and timelines.
Follow manufacturer specifications, safety regulations, and company standards.
