I have experience as a floorhand for both workover rigs and drilling rigs. Looking for a floorhand position in the South Texas area with a 2 weeks on --- 2 weeks off schedule. If the money's right, I'll consider going back to west texas.

What I'm looking for:
* Workover rig (preferred)
* 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
* 85+ hrs a week
* South Texas area (May consider going back to west texas if the money is right)

My skills from both rigs:

🛢️ Drilling Rig 🛢️
* Operate tongs (Pushing the tongs out, while driller makes them bite/adds tension)
* Pull slips
* Trip in/trip out drill pipes, collars, and casing
* Operate a forklift
* Operate a manlift
* Helped nipple up/nipple down BOP
* Helped lay down the derrick
* Rig up/Rig down equipment
* Helped Derrick hand and Mud Engineer mix mud
* Prepared all equipment for tripping in and tripping out (slips, hammer, chain tongs, thread caps, etc)
* Work basic tools such as; sledge hammer, hammer wrench, crescents, ratchet+sockets, pressure washer, etc
* Bring each drill pipe down the mouse hole to be broken apart, then pushed onto the PDS to be laid down on the racks for rig move.

* Have H2S training
* Can easily pass hair follicle + urine tests
* Have NOT operated an ST-80 yet
* Have NOT operated PDS yet

🛢️ Workover Rig (Pre-setting surface casing) 🛢️
* Operate tongs (Making them bite, then let driller put tension on them)
* Pull slips
* Switched slips when transitioning from drill pipes to collars, reamer, etc.
* Change heads on tongs
* Trip in/trip out drill pipes and collars
* Rig up/Rig down all equipment, hand rails, stairs, etc
* Helped derrick hand mix mud
* Operate skyjack forklifts
* Operate manlifts
* Helped lay down the derrick
* Strap down chemical trailer and drill pipe trailer
* Prepared all equipment for tripping in/tripping out (all slips, pipe wrench, hammer, different tong heads, etc)
* Rig up electrical lines to the generator house for; bunk houses, tool pusher's bunk house, and dog house
* Align the jack stands under the rig for rig-up and raise the derrick
* Work basic tools such as; sledge hammer, hammer wrench, crescents, ratchet+sockets, pressure washer, etc
* Pulled/and pushed drill pipes and collars from rig floor through the v-door, and down to the catwalk and vice versa (we didn't have a pipe wrangler/PDS at our workover rig)

I've attached a picture of the rig floor from the workover rig I worked at, that showcased the driller console (on the far left) and the tongs I operated. This gives a better idea of how the workover rig I worked at was setup, and how differently I operated their tongs vs the drilling rig tongs

Onshore rigs only; will not work offshore
