Construction company seeking dependable subcontractors and skilled tradespeople for ongoing residential repair, maintenance, make-ready, and renovation work throughout surrounding areas.
Typical work includes:
* General home repairs and punch-list work
* Carpentry, siding, fascia, soffit, and trim
* Drywall installation, repairs, texture, and painting
* Doors, windows, cabinets, and hardware
* Flooring and tile repairs
* Plumbing and electrical work when properly licensed
* Roofing and exterior repairs
* Trash-outs, debris removal, and property cleanups
* Troubleshooting, inspections, and repair estimates
* Emergency and after-hours service calls
Applicants must:
* Have verifiable construction or maintenance experience
* Own appropriate tools and reliable transportation
* Communicate clearly and provide jobsite updates
* Submit clear before, during, and after photos
* Provide written pricing before starting unapproved work
* Complete work professionally and clean the work area
* Meet scheduled appointments and deadlines
* Carry applicable trade licenses when required
* Provide a completed W-9, valid identification, and proof of insurance when applicable
This is subcontractor work, not hourly employment. Jobs are assigned individually based on experience, availability, location, and pricing. Payment is issued by cash app, zelle, ACH/direct deposit or check according to the agreed payment terms.
