I have a 16 foot by 12 foot cabin for a deer lease or a tiny house. It is wired to plug directly into a 110 outlet or generator to run the A/C widow unit, lights, ceiling fan. It is plumbed to hook up to a hose to fill toilet, run shower and kitchen sink. It has a double bed and two single bunk beds built in. it has a separate bathroom with a shower unit and toilet. It is plumbed for a small on demand hot water heat for propane but the previous own kept the water heater but it is all there to put a other one up very easy. it is one solid beams off the ground and would be very easy to move for one of these companies that move storage buildings. It is in an easy spot to back up to to load it. Buyer would need to arrange to move it. It is located about 5 miles outside San Diego on some private property I bought.
