Responsibilities:
* Conduct interviews with applicants and tenants, verifying income and other criteria.
* Complete guest cards for all walk-ins and calls, entering them into the system daily.
* Lead apartment tours, discussing unit features, property amenities, prices, specials, and lease terms.
* Take work orders, report complaints to the manager, and follow up.
* Inspect properties during move-in and move-out.
* Prepare rental forms, collect required signatures, and handle necessary documentation.
* Ensure all move-in documents are prepared for manager approval.
* Walk through the apartment with new residents during move-in.
* Open and close model units, ensuring they are clean and ready to show daily; report any maintenance issues.
