Unit 302 is a beautiful unit in Gulf Shores Condos in Port Aransas, TX owned by a local Austin couple. The unit is located on the 3rd floor, sleeps 6, and has been completely remodeled. All appliances and furniture are brand new. The 27 foot balcony and all windows have an unobstructed view of the beach and water.

A 36 inch T.V. that has dish network, DVD/VCR &amp; a large selection of movies.  There is also a fireplace and a stereo.  The kitchen has granet counter tops and is fully stocked.  Up to the 3rd level and you have two bedrooms that are separated by a full bath &amp; and laundry unit.  The master has a Queen and the other has a trundle bed, this room sleeps three.  It&#039;s great for kids and the whole unit sleeps nine.  The closets are huge and we even put in new orig. art work! PLEASE CHECK CALENDER &amp; MIN. NIGHT STAY PRIOR TO INQUIRE. This is a 3 Bedrooms + Convertible sofa bed, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-8), single level home that is only five steps up, not a second story house like so many others. In the evening look out to Aransas Bay on the shaded front deck and enjoy the morning on double back decks, one covered, that overlook the canal. The home has an open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling, neutral tile flooring, and plantation shutters across the front and back, and tract lighting. <br>
<br>
The stained glass front door opens to the living room decorated with a flair and equipped with an entertainment center that has a television, DVD, and stereo. The sofa converts into a double bed. A bright well stocked kitchen is in the center with a "zip zag" tile bar seating four for cooking conversation, and the dining area has a wall of windows to the back deck and canal. The back door also is stained glass. <br>
<br>
The master bedroom with a king size bed has a double closet with a stack of wire baskets from the Container Store for storage. The connecting bath has a tile shower. There is a bedroom with a set of antique twin beds and a bedroom with a queen size bed. All the bedrooms have black out shades and fresh carpeting. The hall bathroom has a large shower with a seat. The sink, countertop, and shower are all decorated with hand-made fish design tile from Mexico. <br>
<br>
The entire decor is bright and cheerful. There is a one car (or boat) garage that is extra long for storage. The washer/dryer is in the garage. The house has grey vinyl siding trimmed with white and teal accents. The front on the house is pebble wash that provides ample parking for several vehicles. There is a lighted fish cleaning stand and dock. Just around the corner is a community pool. <br>

Restaurants, beaches, golf-course, shopping, and the jetties are a 5-minute drive.   <br>

We intend to have this fully furnished with TV, cookware, appliances, and washer/dryer by February 1st, 2010.   Pets welcome.   Our goal is $350 per week, but make us an offer! ]]></description>
